During this time, it feels hard to keep the morale up and find hope. With all the disheartening news around, it’s difficult to find what’s good. But here are some examples of people around the world who are coming together to help those around them.

  1. Some construction manufacturers are producing plexi glass sneeze guards to separate customers from workers at food establishments and essentials stores. Some companies are donating their products to stores, while others are selling their products but using the profit to donate to other pandemic resources or to make more sneeze guards.

  1. Some initiatives include sending letters and notes for healthcare workers made by children and adults alike to encourage others. This is something that you can get involved in while in quarantine as well. Send a healthcare worker an e-card using this link.
  1.  Celebrities, influencers, and musicians are hosting live sessions on various social media platforms, entertaining people and encouraging followers to stay home and to practice safe habits.

  1. There are a lot of companies coming forward and putting aside their need for profit in favor of giving people resources in a time like this. Several educational companies, internet providers, and even car companies are showing compassion by allowing different financing options, or even giving people services for free for a period of time.

Right now, there is a lot of uncertainty, fear, and darkness around us. However, there are good people in the world who are doing the right thing, and it is important to stop and appreciate these things in the midst of the pandemic.
